Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. While we do not accept physical returns, we do offer refunds within 30 days of receiving your order under the conditions outlined below.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Photo Proof Required
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@orebeamofficial.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo (or video) showing the issue (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
- A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we’ll process your refund and you do not need to return the item.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. You are not required to ship the product back to us, even if a refund is approved. All refund decisions are made based on the photo or video evidence provided.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
- Cases without clear proof of damage or defect
- Sale items or gift cards
- Change-of-mind purchases
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means you can request a refund within 14 days for any reason — no justification required. In these cases, the item must still be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags and packaging), and we may require photographic proof.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- It will be automatically processed to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement
